To help you avoid those fees, USF Federal Credit Union is a part of CU24's CU HERE Program. USF Federal Credit Union cardholders will not be charged a transaction fee or a surcharge fee at CU HERE machines.

CU HERE was created to allow maximum availability of "surcharge free" ATMs. CU24 ATMs displaying the CU24/CU HERE logo have agreed not to charge members of other credit unions participating in this program.

In order for your ATM transaction to be totally fee-free, the ATM you are using must be a part of the CU24/CU HERE network. To locate the CU HERE ATMs in your area, use the CU24 Network Locator. Be sure to choose the CU HERE Program box.

Another way to avoid surcharge fees is by asking for "cash back" when using your ATM card at the point-of-sales at places like grocery stores, discount retail stores and drug stores. USF Federal Credit Union members are able to pay for purchases and receive cash back with no surcharges with just a single swipe of their CU24 ATM card.
