cyperpay is accessible by logging onto cyberteller, our online account access system. If you are not set up with cyberteller, click here for more information on how to sign up.
Pay your bills online with cyberpay, our electronic bill payment service. cyberpay is a secure and convenient way to pay your bills and eliminates the need for paper checks and postage stamps.
With cyberpay you can schedule a one time payment, schedule automatically recurring payments, and track your payment history. cyberpay allows you to retain the payment information for your payees, which makes paying your bills each month quick and easy. Best of all, cyberpay is available to our members with no monthly or per payment charge!
To use cyberpay you will need the following:
 USF FCU checking account
(Dividend Checking)
Internet access and a browser that supports SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
Access to cyberteller, our online account access system
To become enrolled in cyberpay, complete the cyberpay enrollment form and return it to the credit union. In approximately four (4) business days you will be able to access cyberpay.
Rest assured that all your USF Federal Credit Unon transactions are protected by several layers of technology designed to keep out unauthorized users. All cyberpay transactions are protected with a 128-bit encryption scheme.
Give cyberpay a try and see for yourself how quick and easy paying your bills can be. Payments should be requested no less than five business days prior to the bill’s due date to ensure payment is received on time. For all initial payments, please schedule 10 business days before the bill’s due date.
Please note: If your account does not have any cyberpay transactions for four (4) consecutive months, your cyperpay account will be closed due to inactivity.
